Myron G. Blalock, III

Executive Vice President

Executive Vice President of Senterra Corporation responsible for Finance, Corporate Acquisitions and Real Estate Finance. Blalock is a founding partner and Executive Vice President of Senterra Real Estate Group, L.L.C. Blalock is also Chief Financial Officer of Park Place Motorcars, responsible for Strategic Finance, Acquisitions, and Real Estate Development.

Over the last several years, Senterra has expanded its activities and base of operations.  Senterra has managed the development of the new state of the art dealership facility in Houston and the complete redevelopment of two existing dealership facilities in Dallas.  Senterra is developing a major residential and land development in Los Cabos, Mexico named Villas Del Mar which encompasses villa development in excess of $100 million dollars.  Senterra has acquired control and operations of Jacintoport Terminal, a highly automated bagged goods facility on the Houston Ship Channel. Through its subsidiary, Houston's Deepwater Connection, Senterra has acquired over 2,000 acres of industrial deepwater frontage along the Houston Ship Channel for both development and resale Additionally, Senterra has completed a $40 million redevelopment of Greenway Plaza, composed of improvements to all aspects of the 4.2 million square foot mixed use project. Senterra is also currently working on several development and acquisition opportunities throughout Texas both directly and indirectly related to real estate.

Formerly, Blalock was President of Century Real Estate Advisors Inc. ("CREA") and Executive Vice President of U.S. Commercial Brokerage ("USCB"), both of which were subsidiaries of Century Development Corporation. He was also Senior Vice President of Development for Century.  Under his leadership, USCB brokered approximately $200 million in office and residential transactions and CREA provided asset management services on more than $500 million worth of real estate.

Previously, Blalock served as Assistant Vice President for Citicorp Real Estate Investments and Development Manager at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. At Citicorp, he was responsible for real estate lending on residential, condominium and office projects throughout the Southwest.  At Metropolitan, he was responsible for the financing and development of various office and hotel projects in Texas and Oklahoma, coordinating all design, construction and development activities.

The Houston native is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Houston Real Estate Council, and the Houston Regional Mobility Association.  He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in architecture.
