W. Paul Connor

Paul Connor is Vice President of Acquisitions for Senterra Real Estate Group, LLC and oversees the firm's investment, merger, and acquisitions activities throughout the United States.

Since joining Senterra, Mr. Connor has been integrally involved in the expansion of Senterra's activities and base of operations. Mr. Connor progressed from lead financial analyst on commercial and residential real estate opportunities to Project Manager for automotive and residential developments. Senterra has managed the development of Park Place Motorcars' state of the art dealership facilities in Houston and Dallas and managed the complete redevelopment of multiple dealership facilities in Dallas. Enhancing the luxury car purchasing experience, Senterra and Park Place Motorcars have created the atmosphere, ambiance, and attention to detail in every Park Place Motorcar dealership that one would expect of a 5-star hotel.

As Project Manager of The Villas of Mirada, a luxury residential development in Rancho Mirage, Mr. Connor oversaw this Southern California development from its infancy as raw mountain terrain next to the Ritz Carlton of Rancho Mirage to the current award-winning 46-home neighborhood. Managing all underwriting, equity and debt raise, sales and marketing, and all other development activities, Mr. Connor and Senterra Real Estate Group were able to build upon the renowned reputation as an outstanding developer of quality started by its affiliate development, Villas del Mar in Cabo.

Continuing the Senterra tradition of inspired luxury home developments, Mr. Connor managed the acquisition and development of Silver Mesa, an expansive 12 estate lot enclave in the core of the renowned Las Campanas community, a 1700-acre Lyle Anderson Company development featuring 2 Jack Nicklaus golf courses and award-winning clubhouse and amenities. Emphasizing the mountain and golf views created in this desert mountain oasis, Silver Mesa has been immediately recognized as the premier development within Las Campanas.

Prior to joining Senterra, Mr. Connor served as lead analyst and accountant for the Legal Entities division of Shell Exploration and Production Company, a division of Shell Oil Company. With financial oversight of 4 separate wholly-owned Shell E&P subsidiaries, Mr. Connor was responsible for all finance and accounting activities. During his tenure with Shell E&P, Mr. Connor was appointed as a member of the Shell Oil Co 2001 Budget Planning Committee.

While with Shell Services International, a subsidiary of Shell Oil Company, Mr. Connor was a member of the Supply Chain Management team for all domestic refinery and chemical operations. This team managed all domestic procurement contracts accounting for $300 million in annual expenditures. Mr. Connor was appointed to the senior transition team for the Shell and Texaco joint venture to coordinate corporate structuring of domestic procurement. As a lead for local community service for Shell Oil Co, Mr. Connor was awarded the Shell Recognition Award for coordinating service projects to renovate a low-income public school in the community.

Mr. Connor received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and his doctorate of jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center. Mr. Connor is a member of the Urban Land Institute and is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
