Barbara Richey

Barbara Richey is Vice President of Leasing for Senterra Real Estate Group, L.L.C. responsible for the lease administration of existing tenants in renewals, expansions relocations and extensions.  During Ms. Richey's 33-year career she has handled over 10 million square feet of lease transactions with such companies as Exxon, Union Carbide, Conoco Oil, Coastal Corp., AIM Management, AT&T, Occidental Petroleum, El Paso Energy, and BISYS as well as others. Over the years, Ms. Richey has worked with several companies from startup to becoming large companies.  One of Ms Richey's success stories is AIM Management where over a 20-year period she worked with AIM that grew from 8,000 square feet to over 550,000 square feet.

Through Ms. Richey's vast experiences dealing with large and small companies' concerns over the years she is a vital member of Senterra's leasing team in strategy sessions and assisting the executive team in all large lease transactions.

Ms. Richey has been associated with the Schnitzer organization (currently Senterra and previously Century Development Corp.) since the inception of Century Development Corp. in 1968.  Throughout her career she has been involved in, building management and leasing, developing building budgets, estimating cost of building, tenant renovations and public relations programs.

Ms. Richey is a native Houstonian and holds a Texas Real Estate License and has a Certified Property Manager¨ designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
